At Closet London, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days after your parcel was delivered to return your items back to them. To process a refund, the goods must be returned intact, unworn, undamaged, with Closet London tags attached and within the 28-day return period. If you're unable to cover these fees, they will deduct £15 and any incurred duties and taxes from your total refund when returning your parcel back to them.

Once your return request has been approved by customer services, further instructions on generating your return label will be emailed to you. Using this method will cost you £3.00.
